📍 How to send a report? – Step by step
Step 1: Open event details 📄
Go to the finished friendly match where the issue occurred.
Step 2: Select the reporting option ⚠️
In the friendly match details view, click on the field: "Report team to administrator."
Step 3: Fill out the reporting form 📝
After clicking, a panel will open where you need to complete two elements:
Reason – Select the appropriate option from the dropdown list:
Incorrect result
Lack of fair play
Low organizational level
Missing roster/squad
Comment – Briefly describe the situation in the text field (you have 500 characters available). The more accurate the description, the faster the administrator will be able to react.
Step 4: Send the report 📩
Confirm the form. Your report will go directly to the administrator panel, where the matter will be verified and appropriate steps will be taken.
💡 When should you use this option?
Use this function primarily in disputed situations regarding the match result, as once the host confirms the score, it is locked for editing. Administrator intervention is the only way to correct it in the system.
