Key Rules:
Initial Reminder
When you invite a new team, the system waits 2 days. If the coach hasn't responded (accepted or declined) by then, they will receive their first reminder.
Frequency
Subsequent notifications will be sent regularly every 3 days until the coach takes action.
Smart Management:
The system knows when to stop – once all invitations have been processed, the reminders turn off automatically.
If you invite new teams later on, the system will detect this and restart the reminder cycle.
Final Cut-off
Reminders are completely disabled once the tournament status changes to "Confirmed" (or any subsequent stage). This ensures coaches aren't bothered with notifications once the starting list is finalized.
