  • ✅ The tournament is officially approved.

What can you do as an organizer?

✅ Creating the Match Schedule

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP!

You have two options:

Option A: Automatic Generation

  • Click "Generate automatically" or "Generate tournament schedule" in the "Schedule" tab.

  • The system creates a schedule considering:

    • number of teams and format,

    • available pitches,

    • match/break times,

    • tournament dates/hours.

  • Recommended for most tournaments.

Option B: Manual Creation

  • You define:

    • the date and time,

    • pitch number,

    • competing teams for every match.

  • The system verifies correctness (conflicts, overlapping matches).

  • ⚠️ Time-consuming, but provides full control.

  5. The person will receive a notification to accept the role.

✅ Removing Teams

You can remove a team from the tournament:

  • Click the red X button next to the team name.

Consequences:

  • If you remove a team before the first match, the status will revert to "Open".

  • You will need to add a new team (or reduce the total number of teams) and re-generate the schedule.

⚠️ NOTE: Once the tournament starts (status "In Progress"), teams cannot be removed!

Moving to the next status

The status automatically changes to "In Progress" when:

  • ✅ You start the first match (by clicking "+" next to the teams in the first game or by clicking the "Start" button).

  • ✅ A 0:0 score appears in the first match.

💡 This is the official kickoff of the tournament!
