📋 Introduction

As a tournament organizer, you have the option to unlock results for all participants, including parents with FREE accounts. This is an optional payment that allows full access to results, tables, and rankings for every observer of the event.

⚠️ Important: This option is completely optional. By default, results are visible to coaches, organizers, players, and parents with a PRO subscription.

💰 Unlocking results - how does it work?

Cost:

20 PLN for each team participating in the tournament

Examples:

Tournament with 8 teams = 160 PLN
Tournament with 12 teams = 240 PLN
Tournament with 16 teams = 320 PLN

💡 The fee is one-time – you only pay once for the entire tournament.

What do you get after unlocking?

For FREE parents:

✅ Match schedules

✅ Full access to tournament results

✅ Tables

✅ Top scorer rankings

✅ Ability to enter statistics

🖥️ How to unlock results? (WEB Platform)

⚠️ Important: Unlocking is available only on the WEB platform (Organizer Portal).

Step 1: Create a tournament

Log in to the Organizer Portal (WEB version)
Go to "Events" → "Add tournament"
Fill out the form and save the tournament

Step 2: Invite teams and confirm the tournament

Invite teams (click "Invite teams")
Accept team applications
Once the tournament has a full roster, click "Confirm tournament"

💡 Full roster = the number of accepted teams matches the planned number of participants.

Step 3: Pay for the tournament

After confirmation, the "Pay for access to results" button will appear.
Click the button.
You will see the information:
Pay for access to results
Share your tournament results with all FC.APP users. Choose a convenient payment method to publish tournament results and allow other users to view them.
Below the info, the total amount to be paid will be displayed.
Click the "Proceed to payment" button. You will be redirected to an external payment platform (EC) to complete the transaction.

Step 4: Choose a payment method

BLIK – enter the code and confirm in your banking app
Instant transfers – select your bank and confirm
Traditional transfer – you will receive transfer details (processing takes 1-2 days)

Step 5: Confirm payment

Click "Pay [Amount]"
Complete the payment process
✅ Payment completed!

Step 6: Results unlocked

✅ FREE parents can now see all results.
Status in tournament details: "Results unlocked for everyone"

⚠️ Important Information

Do you have to pay for the tournament?

No! Payment is completely optional.

Pay for the tournament only if:

You want to unlock results for FREE parents.
You want to increase accessibility for all observers.

You don't have to pay if:

Access for coaches, players, and PRO parents is sufficient for you.
You want to encourage parents to purchase a PRO subscription.

When does the "Pay for access to results" button appear?

Only after:

✅ Creating the tournament
✅ Inviting teams
✅ Accepting applications
✅ Confirming the tournament (full roster)

What if the number of teams changes after payment?

If you add teams – an additional payment of 20 PLN for each new team is required.
If you remove teams – there is no refund for removed teams.

💡 Tip: Confirm and pay for the tournament only when you are certain about the final roster.

How long are the results unlocked?

✅ Forever – during and after the tournament has ended.

✅ No time limit.
