📅 When can you use this feature?
The manual match-adding feature is available to the organizer when the tournament is in Phase I and uses the following formats:
Round Robin (KZK – "Każdy z Każdym")
Group Stage
🎯 What is this functionality about?
It allows you to independently define every match in the tournament by manually filling in match details in a dedicated form (modal). As an organizer, you have full control over pitch assignments and the start times of individual matches.
📋 What does the match creation form include?
When entering a match manually (both on the Web and Mobile versions), the following data must be provided:
✅ Date and Time – selection of the specific day and start time (the system suggests a time range based on the event details).
✅ Home Team – selection of the first team from the participant list.
✅ Away Team – selection of the second team from the participant list.
✅ Pitch – assignment of the match to a specific playing field.
👥 What do participants (Parents) see?
For parents to see the schedule and live results:
They must have an account with the Parent/Guardian role.
They must have an active PRO subscription (109 PLN/year or 25 PLN/month).
The subscription enables:
Real-time viewing of results for all events.
Creation of a PRO Player Card.
Access to the motivation system.
