📅 When can you edit matches?

Every match, regardless of whether it was created by the automatic generator or added through manual entry, can be edited by the organizer.


🖥️ Where is editing available?

⚠️ WEB Platform: Full capability to edit all match parameters is available exclusively in the browser version of the Organizer Portal.

Mobile Application: Currently, there is no possibility to edit the details of scheduled matches on mobile devices.


🛠️ What can be changed during editing?

Editing allows you to correct data within the same scope as adding a match:

Change of date/time – modification of the date and start time of the meeting.

Change of pitch – moving a match to a different playing field within the venue.

Change of teams – correction of match pairings (Home / Away).


👥 What do other users see after editing?

All changes made on the WEB platform are immediately synchronized with the mobile application:

  • Parents and Coaches see the updated times or pitches on their phones in real-time.

  • For these changes to be visible to parents, they must have a Parent/Guardian account and an active subscription (25 PLN/month or 109 PLN/year). We remind you that parents can use a 7-day trial period to check the functionality of notifications and schedule updates.

  • For these changes to be visible to coaches, they must have a team added in the application.


🎯 What can you do as an organizer?

React flexibly to tournament delays by shifting match times.

Change pitches in case of emergencies or changes in field availability.

Correct errors made during the initial schedule planning.
