Automatic Schedule

Updated this week

The main advantage of FC.APP is automation and streamlining the tournament organization process. The schedule is generated automatically based on the completed form, and matches can later be edited and moved in real-time.

You don't have to arrange the schedule manually – the system does it for you in seconds.

🎯 How does the automatic schedule work?

Generation Process:

Step 1: Fill out the form

Choose the tournament format, number of pitches, match duration, and breaks.

Step 2: System generates the schedule

It automatically arranges all matches, assigns pitches, sets start times, and distributes teams proportionally.

Step 3: You can edit

Move matches in time, change pitches, or edit the order – all in real-time.

⚙️ Schedule Generation Options

The system offers 3 options for arranging matches, depending on the tournament format:

Option 1: All teams simultaneously on all pitches

How it works:

  • Teams from every group play at the same time.

  • All available pitches are used simultaneously, and matches are distributed proportionally.

Example:

Time

Pitch 1

(Group A)

Pitch 2

(Group B)

Pitch 3

(Group C)

Pitch 4

(Group D)

Option 2: Groups alternating on all pitches

How it works:

  • Groups are assigned to all pitches one by one.

  • Once one group finishes its round, the pitches are assigned to the next group.

Example:

Time

Group

Pitch 1

Pitch 2

Pitch 3

Pitch 4

09:00 – 09:15

Group A

Option 3: Sessions with specific groups

How it works:

  • The schedule is divided into time sessions.

  • In each session, specific groups use the pitches according to the set schedule.

  • You decide which groups play in which session.

Example:

Time

Pitch 1
