In FC.APP, you can download the tournament schedule as an Excel file. However, we suggest directing users to the app – it’s our business model! :)
📱 Mobile – For Everyone
Who can download:
✅ Everyone (organizers, coaches, parents, fans)
How to download:
Step 1: Open tournament details
FC.APP app → "Events" → Select tournament.
Step 2: Click "Download" (Pobierz) in the event details section.
Find the "Download" button located under the word "Schedule" in the event details.
Step 3: File downloaded
✅ An Excel file (.xlsx) is automatically downloaded to your phone.
✅ You can find it in your "Downloads" folder.
💻 Web – For Organizers
Who can download:
✅ Tournament Organizers
How to download:
Step 1: Log in to https://app.fcapp.eu/
Browser → https://app.fcapp.eu/ → Log in.
Step 2: Open tournament
"Events" → "My" → Select tournament.
Step 3: "Schedule Phase I"
Tab Click the "Schedule Phase I" tab (or "Schedule Phase II").
Step 4: Click "Download"
Find and click the "Download" button.
✅ An Excel file (.xlsx) is downloaded to your computer.
📊 What does the Excel file contain?
Data in the schedule:
Date and time of the match
Home and away teams
Pitch number
Group/tournament phase
Match number
Format: Excel (.xlsx)
🔄 When should you download the file again?
The schedule file is generated in real-time at the moment you click the download button. This means that any changes made after downloading the document will not be automatically included.
⚠️ Important information: If you make any changes to the schedule (e.g., shift a match time, change a pitch, or swap matches), you must download the schedule again to have the current version.
