Group Stage
The tournament is divided into two phases:
PHASE I: Teams are divided into groups (minimum 1). Within each group, teams compete in a "round-robin" system (everyone plays each other once). You can have any number of groups.
PHASE II: Phase II groups are created as soon as the tournament is confirmed. Until Phase I ends, they show slots instead of team names, i.e. places from Phase I (e.g. Team A1). When Phase I ends, the system places the teams that finished in those places into the slots. You can have any number of groups in this phase as well.
FINAL TABLE: The system generates a collective final standings table based on all Phase II groups.
Tournament Schedule
Group Configuration
When creating the tournament, you define:
Number of groups in Phase I:
Minimum: 1 group
Maximum: No limit (depends on the total number of teams)
Example: 12 teams → 3 groups of 4 OR 4 groups of 3.
Number of groups in Phase II:
Any number of groups.
The system assigns Phase I places to them using a fixed rule (see below).
Slots in Phase II
After clicking "Confirm tournament", go to the Table tab and select "Second stage group" in the Phase field. You will see the Phase II groups filled with slots.
How to read a slot:
Team A1 = the team that finishes 1st in group A of Phase I
Team B3 = the team that finishes 3rd in group B of Phase I
Assignment rule:
The system lists the Phase I places in order: first the 1st places from all groups (A1, B1, C1...), then the 2nd places (A2, B2, C2...) and so on.
It then splits this list into the Phase II groups in order: the first slots go to the first group, the next ones to the next group.
Example: 10 teams, Phase I: 2 groups of 5, Phase II: 2 groups
Group a: A1, B1, A2, B2, A3
Group b: B3, A4, B4, A5, B5
Each slot appears only once. You know the assignment as soon as the tournament is confirmed, so you can plan both phases before the first match starts.

Schedule for Both Phases
You create the Phase I and Phase II schedule with one wizard in the Schedule of the first phase tab (GENERATE SCHEDULE button):
Steps 1-2: Phase I
Steps 3-4: Phase II
Phase II matches are scheduled after the Phase I matches. You can see them in the Schedule of the second phase tab, with slots instead of team names.

Moving to Phase II
After all Phase I matches are completed:
A PHASE I PROGRESS bar with a PROCEED TO PHASE 2 button appears at the bottom of the Schedule of the first phase tab.
In the "FINISH PHASE 1" window, click PROCEED TO PHASE 2 (the "FINISH TOURNAMENT AT THIS PHASE" option ends the tournament without playing Phase II).
On the "Final phase configuration" page, check the date and times of Phase II and click CONTINUE.
The system automatically places the teams into the slots based on the final Phase I group tables.
What stays the same: the number of matches, the pairings, the order and the pitches of Phase II.
If you change the Phase II start time on the configuration page, all Phase II matches will shift by the same amount of time.
Changing Group Composition
On the WEB platform, in the Table tab, you can swap teams between groups or move a team to another group. This works in Phase I and in Phase II, until the first match of that phase is finished.

Group names are automatic:
Phase I: A, B, C...
Phase II: a, b, c... in the table, Group A, Group B... in the schedule
The letter in a slot refers to the Phase I group, not the Phase II group. That is why, for example, Team B3 can play in group a of Phase II.

You can rename groups manually.
Group Table
The group table updates automatically after every finished match.
Ranking Criteria:
Points (most important)
Head-to-head result
Goal difference (goals scored - goals lost)
💡 Tip
If your tournament uses different ranking rules or criteria order, you can manually change team positions in the table using the "Edit table" button or the pencil icon next to the table.
Final Table
After Phase II is completed, the system automatically creates a collective final standings table.
