📅 When can you swap matches?
The organizer can change the order of scheduled matches at any time. This is particularly useful when there is a need to adjust the game plan to the current situation during the tournament.
🔄 How to change the order?
The method of swapping depends on the device you are using:
📱 On mobile devices:
Go to the match schedule.
Click the SWAP MATCHES (ZAMIEŃ MECZE) button.
Select two matches that should swap places in the schedule.
💻 On the WEB platform (Drag & Drop):
Open the Schedule (Terminarz) tab in the organizer panel.
On the left side of each match, you will find a 6-dot icon (the drag symbol).
Click and hold the icon of the match you want to move, then drag and drop it to the desired position on the list.
The match order will update automatically once you release the mouse button.
👥 What do other users see after the update?
All changes introduced on the WEB platform or mobile device are instantly synchronized with the application:
Parents and Coaches will see the updated order in their match schedules.
For these changes to be visible to parents, they must have a Parent/Guardian account and an active subscription (25 PLN/month or 109 PLN/year). Parents can use a 7-day trial period to test the notifications and real-time schedule updates.
For these changes to be visible to coaches, they must have a team added in the application.
