Do you have a Coach/Organizer account and have already added your team? You can start looking for an opponent! Here is how to create a friendly match announcement:
Step 1: Start creating the event ➕
Go to the Events tab in the main menu.
Click the plus icon (+) located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Choose the event type ⚽
From the list of available options, select Friendly.
Step 3: Fill out the form and select your team 📝
Fill in the match details (date, time, location).
Choose one of your teams that is to play the match.
Once confirmed, the friendly will be created! You can now invite teams from the database or wait for applications from interested parties.
📍 How to define the location?
There are two convenient options for indicating where the match will take place:
Specific address: Move the slider to Search by city name, type the city, and select the correct address from the list.
Region (Voivodeship): If you don't have a specific field set yet, you can enter just the region/voivodeship to define the general area of the meeting.
🚌 "Away Game" option
Don't have your own field or are you away at a camp with your team?
Toggle the Away Game slider.
Specify the town and the radius (range) within which you are able to travel for the match.
Indicate a specific date or a date range when you are available.
🔔 Who will be notified about your friendly?
As soon as you confirm the creation of the friendly, the FCapp system will automatically do the work for you! The app will send a notification to coaches who might be realistically interested in playing.
Notifications will be sent to coaches of teams from:
The same birth year as your team.
A birth year one year older (e.g., for birth year 2012, coaches of 2011 teams will also be notified).
A birth year one year younger (e.g., for birth year 2012, coaches of 2013 teams will also be notified).
This ensures that your announcement reaches people looking for an opponent at a similar age level.
🧪 Want to test the app?
If you are a new user and want to check how the event creation process looks "for practice," without sending notifications to other coaches:
During the friendly creation process, select your test team.
Make sure your team has the word "test" in its name.
The system will recognize this as a trial run and allow you to explore the interface without involving the community.
⚠️ Important information
❗ No team: If you haven't added any team to your profile yet, you won't be able to create a friendly. You will see the message: "Create a team to create an event."
📊 "No results" option: If you check this option, it will not be possible to enter the final score after the match. The panel will only show the event preview with the option to fill in individual player statistics.
