If you have a PRO account in FC.APP and wish to cancel your subscription, the method of cancellation depends on the purchase method. Cancellation may take place in different locations based on how you purchased the subscription. This guide will walk you through all possible scenarios.

⚠️ ATTENTION: After the subscription expires, you will lose the player's history and ranking. This data can be restored upon direct contact with our support team.


🎯 Types of PRO Subscriptions

  1. Subscription via Google Play / App Store (Renewable)

    • Monthly or yearly payments.

    • Automatic renewal.

    • Requires cancellation in the respective store.

  2. Activation Code from Academy/Club (One-time)

    • One-time payment for a specific period (e.g., a year).

    • No automatic renewal.

    • DOES NOT require cancellation.

  3. Subscription via EasyTools/EasyCart (Renewable)

    • Recurring payment.

    • Automatic renewal.

    • Requires cancellation via EasyTools.

The cancellation method depends on how the subscription was purchased.


πŸ“± Method 1: Subscription via Google Play (Android)

For whom: You purchased the subscription directly in the app on an Android phone.

Step 1: Open Google Play

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Ensure you are logged into the Google account used for the purchase.

Step 2: Go to Subscriptions

  1. Click the profile icon (top right corner).

  2. Select "Payments & subscriptions".

  3. Click "Subscriptions".

Step 3: Find FC.APP

  1. Locate FC.APP in the list of active subscriptions and click on it.

Step 4: Cancel Subscription

  1. Click "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions.

Result:

βœ… Subscription canceled.

βœ… You retain PRO access until the end of the current paid period.

βœ… There will be no automatic renewal.


🍎 Method 2: Subscription via App Store (iOS)

For whom: You purchased the subscription directly in the app on an iPhone/iPad.

Step 1: Open Settings

  1. Open Settings on your device.

  2. Click on your Name/Apple ID (at the top).

Step 2: Go to Subscriptions

  1. Click "Subscriptions".

  2. You will see a list of all active subscriptions.

Step 3: Find FC.APP

  1. Locate FC.APP PRO in the list and click on it.

Step 4: Cancel Subscription

  1. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your decision.

Result:

βœ… You retain PRO access until the end of the current paid period.

βœ… There will be no automatic renewal.


🎟️ Method 3: Academy/Club Code (NO cancellation needed)

For whom: You received an activation code from an academy, club, or coach and activated it in the app, or you purchased a one-time code yourself via EasyTools.

⚠️ Important: YOU DO NOT NEED to cancel the subscription.

If you activated the PRO account using an activation code, your subscription is NOT renewable and will NOT extend automatically.

How it works:

  • The code provides PRO access for a specific time (e.g., 1 year).

  • After this period ends, the account automatically reverts to FREE.

  • No payment is charged upon expiration.

Example:

  • Code Activation: Sept 1, 2025.

  • Validity: 1 year.

  • Access Ends: Aug 31, 2026.

  • Sept 1, 2026: Account automatically becomes FREE. No renewal, no payment.

For whom: You purchased a renewable subscription (recurring payments) via the EasyTools (EasyCart) platform.

⚠️ Important: Cancellation takes place in EasyTools, NOT in FC.APP.

Step 1: Log in to EasyTools

  1. Open your web browser and go to the EasyTools page (easytoo.ls or the link provided during purchase).

  2. Log into the EasyTools account used for the purchase.

Step 2: Go to Subscriptions

  1. Click on your profile/account (top right corner).

  2. Select "My Subscriptions" or "Purchases".

  3. Find FC.APP PRO in the list.

Step 3: Cancel Subscription

  1. Click on the FC.APP PRO subscription.

  2. Find the "Cancel subscription" or "Resign" option and confirm.

Don't remember your EasyTools login details?

  1. Password Reminder: Use the "Forgot password" option on the EasyTools login page with the email used during purchase.

  2. Contact Support: Email [email protected] with your purchase email and approximate date of purchase.


⚠️ WHAT WILL YOU LOSE after the subscription expires?

Once the paid period ends and the account reverts to FREE, you will LOSE:

❌ Player History:

  • All matches played under PRO,

  • detailed match stats,

  • performance chronology.

❌ Player Ranking:

  • Position in rankings,

  • ranking points,

  • achievements,

  • awards.

❌ Advanced PRO Features:

  • Player Card,

  • detailed statistics,

  • reports,

  • analyses.

Until the end of the paid period:
