Adding a Temporary Team

The feature of adding a temporary team is an ideal solution for situations where a team you have invited is not yet using the FC.APP application.

How to add a temporary team?

The process differs slightly depending on the platform you are using:

💻 On the WEB platform:

  1. Go to the Teams tab in the organizer dashboard.

  2. Click the ADD TEAM button at the bottom of the page.

  3. In the "Invite Team" window, switch to the TEMPORARY TEAMS tab.

  4. You can add a temporary team in two ways:

    Method 1:

    Selection from the database

    If the team has been added to the system before by you or another organizer, type its name in the search bar. Once found, click on the name and select "Add".

    Method 2:

    Creating a new temporary team

    If the search engine does not find the team, click the "Add temporary team" button.

    • Enter the team name and optionally upload its crest.

    • Confirm by clicking "ADD TEMPORARY TEAM". The team will be added to your event and stored in the general temporary team database for future use.

📱 In the Mobile app:

  1. Go to the TEAMS tab within your event.

  2. Click the Invite teams manually button.

  3. Select the ADD TEMPORARY TEAM option.

  4. You can add a temporary team in two ways:

    Method 1:

    Selection from the database

    If the team was previously added to the system, search for it by name. Select the correct team and click "Add temporary team to the tournament".

    Method 2:

    Creating a new temporary team

    If the team is not found, click "Add temporary team".

    • Enter the name and optionally upload a crest.

    • Confirm by clicking "ADD TEMPORARY TEAM".


What can you do as an organizer?

Quickly fill gaps in the lineup, even if other coaches do not have the app yet.

Maintain table and statistics continuity by entering results for all teams.

Manage the name and logo of the temporary team to ensure the schedule looks professional.
