🚀 Step 1: Download the FC.APP

Open Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS)
Search for: "FC.APP"
Download and install the application
Open the app

Quick link: You can use the link qrco.de/FCapp - it will automatically redirect you to the app in the appropriate store.

⚠️ Important! Parents cannot use the WEB platform. The mobile app is designed exclusively for parents.

📝 Step 2: Choose your registration method

On the welcome screen, you will see four registration options:

Option 1: Facebook 🔵

Click "Sign up with Facebook"
Log in to your Facebook account
Select the account you want to use
(Optional) You can enter a referral code (from a friend who already uses FC.APP). Enter the referral code or click Next.
Provide your date of birth (required age: 16+).
Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (required). Marketing consent is voluntary.
Proceed to account type selection.

Option 2: Google 🔴

Click "Sign up with Google"
Log in to your Google account
Select the account you want to use
(Optional) You can enter a referral code. Enter the code or click Next.
Provide your date of birth (required age: 16+).
Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (required). Marketing consent is voluntary.
Proceed to account type selection.

Option 3: Apple 🍎

Click "Sign up with Apple"
Log in to your Apple ID
(Optional) You can enter a referral code. Enter the code or click Next.
Provide your date of birth (required age: 16+).
Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (required). Marketing consent is voluntary.
Proceed to account type selection.

Option 4: Email and password 📧

If you want more than one person to be able to log into the account, we recommend choosing this registration option. This allows you to share the login and password with another person – e.g., a mother or father – who can then use the same account on their own phone.

Fill out the registration form: Required data:

First and last name - enter your full name
Email address - provide an active email address (you will receive an activation link here)
Date of birth - select the date from the calendar
Password - must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Lower and upper case letters
- At least one digit
- At least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)
Repeat password - enter the exact same password
Language - choose your preferred app language (Polish, English, German, Spanish, Romanian, Slovak)

Consents:

✅ Mandatory: I have read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (must be checked)
⬜ Optional: Marketing consent - receiving updates and news (you can skip this)

After filling out the form, click "Next".

👨‍👩‍👦 Step 3: Account type selection

On the screen, you will see three account type options. Select:

Parent/Guardian 👨‍👩‍👦

Click on the "Parent/Guardian" tile. 💡 Remember: You can add other account types later in the settings.

🎁 Step 4: Referral code (optional)

After choosing the account type, you can enter a referral code (from a friend who already uses FC.APP).

What are the benefits?

Both you and the referring person receive points in the app.
Points can be used in the reward system.

⚠️ You can skip this step - click "Next" without entering a code.

✅ Step 5: Account activation (Email registration only)

If you registered via email and password:

Check your email inbox (the address provided during registration).
Find the message from FC.APP with the subject "Please confirm your email address".
Click the activation link in the message.
✅ Your account has been activated!

❓ Didn't receive the email?

If you don't see the message:

Check the SPAM folder - the message might have landed there.
Wait 5-10 minutes - sometimes delivery takes longer.
Resend the link:
- Go back to the app.
- Click "Resend activation link".
- Check your email again.

🎉 Step 6: First login

After activating your account (or immediately after registering via Facebook/Google/Apple):

Open the FC.APP
Log in:
- Email and password (if you registered by email)
- OR Click the Facebook/Google/Apple button
The Onboarding will appear - 3 screens introducing the app:
- You can swipe the screens left/right.
- You can skip the onboarding by clicking "Skip".

Note! The registration view and the login view look similar. At this stage, make sure you choose the login screen!

💳 Step 7: Subscription choice

⚠️ ATTENTION: As a Parent/Guardian, you will be asked to choose a subscription:

Option 1: FREE 🆓

What you get:

✅ Adding a dependent (basic data)
✅ Applications to teams
✅ Responding to call-ups/invitations
✅ Access to friendly match results
✅ Entering statistics for other players
✅ Following events and teams (without access to results)

Limitations:

❌ No PRO Player Card
❌ No access to tournament and league results
❌ No possibility to receive statistics from others

Option 2: PRO 💎

What you get additionally:

✅ PRO Player Card for the dependent and full history
✅ Access to results of all events (friendlies, tournaments, and leagues)
✅ Receiving statistics from coaches and other users
✅ Collecting statistics on the Player Card
✅ Advanced motivation features
✅ Visibility in the national ranking

Cost: Prices available in the app or HERE.

💡 You can change your subscription later in the account settings.

🎯 Step 8: After the first login

Parent Onboarding

You will see 3 screens with a short introduction:

Screen 1: Welcome to FC.APP - the app for parents of young football players.
Screen 2: Add a dependent and track their progress.
Screen 3: Motivation system - badges for results and behavior.
