Moving to the next status
The event status automatically changes to "Pending" when:
✅ All spots are filled (full team lineup).
✅ Number of confirmed teams = total capacity of the tournament.
Example: A 12-team tournament status changes when 12 teams are confirmed.
Returning to "Open" status
It is possible to revert to "Open" status from "Confirmed" if:
You remove a team before the start (up to 1h before the first match).
You increase the total number of teams to be greater than the current number of confirmed teams.
The system will automatically switch from "Confirmed" → "Open" as a spot becomes available.
