Real teams can apply independently to join your tournament. You have full control over which applications to accept or reject.
π― How does it work?
The Application Process:
A coach finds your tournament in the app.
They review the tournament details and regulations.
They click "Apply to Participate."
The application is sent to you, and you receive a push notification.
You decide whether to Accept or Reject the team.

Tournament Details β "Applications" tab.
Web:
Tournament Details β "Teams" tab β "Applications" section.
β How to approve an application?
On Mobile & Web:
Navigate to the "Applications" section of your tournament.
Click on the specific application.
Select "Accept" or "Reject."
π What happens next?
After Acceptance:
β The team is added to the participant list.
β The coach receives an acceptance notification.
β The coach sees the tournament in their "My Events" tab.
After Rejection:
β The team is not assigned to the tournament.
β The coach receives a rejection notification.
β οΈ Manually Invited Teams
If you manually invited a team and they accepted:
β They DO NOT appear in the "Applications" tab.
β They are instantly approved
β Appear directly in the confirmed teams list.
β οΈ Removing an Accepted Team
Remember that you can always remove an already accepted team and replace them with another one if necessary (up until the tournament starts).
