How to respond to an application? – Step by step
Step 1: Open friendly match details 📄
Click the notification you received or go to the Events tab and select your friendly match with the Open status.
Step 2: Find the "Friendly match applications" section 👇
Scroll down to the applications section. You will see a list of teams that have declared their readiness to play.
Step 3: Make a decision ✅❌
Next to each applied team, you will find two buttons:
Check button ✅ – Accept Click to confirm the friendly with this team. Other applications will be automatically rejected, and the event status will change to Confirmed.
X button ❌ – Reject Click if you do not want to play against this team. The coach will receive a notification of the rejection, and your announcement will remain visible as Open to others.
💡 What happens after acceptance?
Notification for the opponent – The coach you selected will receive an automatic notification that their application has been accepted.
Status change – Your friendly match status will change to Confirmed.
