🔔 How does the notification work?
The coach receives a push / in-app notification when there is at least one player application without a decision in their team.
Notification content:
Coach! Players are waiting for your decision on joining the team [Team Name]!
Clicking the notification redirects the coach directly to the team view with pending applications.

✅ When does the cycle stop?
Notifications stop being sent when the coach reviews (accepts or rejects) all pending applications in the team.
The cycle restarts if a new application is submitted to the team — the first notification is sent 5 days after submission.
The notification is not sent if the team has no pending applications at the time of the scheduled send.
👥 Multiple coaches, multiple teams
Several coaches in a team:
All confirmed coaches in the team receive the notification.
A coach managing multiple teams:
The coach receives a separate notification for each team with pending applications. Each one redirects to the view of the relevant team.
Example:
A coach manages teams A, B and C. Pending applications exist in teams A and C → the coach receives 2 separate notifications, each leading to the corresponding team.
Several players in one team: The coach receives one notification per team — regardless of the number of pending players.
⚙️ Key rules
✅ If the coach reviews some applications but at least one is still pending — the notification will be sent in the next cycle.
✅ If a player withdraws their application and the team no longer has any pending applications — the cycle is stopped.
✅ Notifications for multiple teams are sent at the same time, in accordance with the 5-day cycle.
