When you create a tournament in FC.APP, teams can independently apply to join your event. You have full control over which applications to accept or reject.
🎯 How do applications work?
There are two ways teams join your list:
Manual Invitation (Accepted):
If you invited a team manually and they accepted.
The team is instantly confirmed.
No further action is required from you.
Independent Application (Requires Approval):
A team found your tournament (in the app or elsewhere).
They applied by clicking "Apply to Participate."
The application goes to the "Applications" tab.
You must manually approve or reject it.
🔔 New Application Notifications
When a team applies:
✅ You receive a push notification on your phone.
✅ A new notification appears in the app under the bell icon 🔔.
✅ You can instantly check who has applied.
The notification includes:
The name of the team that applied.
The name of the tournament.
How to react:
Click the notification to open the application.
Accept or Reject the request.
The coach will be notified of your decision immediately.
✅ How to approve applications
Mobile Instructions:
Step 1: Open Tournament Details
Go to "Events" and select your tournament.
Step 2: Go to the "Applications"
Scroll to the "Applications" tab to see the list of pending teams.
Step 3: Accept or Reject
Click on an application and select:
✅ "Accept" – The team is added to the tournament.
❌ "Reject" – The team is not allowed to participate.
Web Instructions:
Step 1: Open Tournament Details
Log in to app.fcapp.eu and navigate to your tournament.
Step 2: Go to the "Teams"
Locate the "Teams" tab to see the pending applications.
Step 3: Accept or Reject
Click on an application and select:
✅ "Accept" – The team is added to the tournament.
❌ "Reject" – The team is not allowed to participate.
