🏁 Status: FINISHED
When does a tournament receive this status?
The "Finished" event status is assigned when:
✅ All matches have been played and their results have been entered.
What does this status mean?
✅ The tournament is officially completed.
✅ The final standings table is available.
✅ Top scorer rankings include all goals scored throughout the event.
✅ Team rankings are updated (every Tuesday at 01:00 AM).
🔒 Match results can no longer be entered.
🔒 Tournament data is frozen.
What do participants see?
All users:
See the tournament with the "FINISHED" tag.
See the final standings with team positions.
See the top scorer rankings (if recorded).
See all match results and the full schedule.
Participating teams:
See their final rank in the tournament.
Receive ranking points based on the tournament level.
Points are added after the Tuesday update (01:00 AM).
Players:
See their individual tournament statistics.
Scorers see their position in the rankings.
Statistics are available in the player's profile.
What can you do as an organizer?
✅ Manual Final Table Edit
You can manually change the order of teams:
Go to the Table tab.
Click the pencil icon above the table or the "Edit table" button.
Select the specific positions for each team.
Click SAVE CHANGES.
💡 When is this useful?
Use this if the final ranking is determined by specific rules not supported by the app's default logic or if your regulations require a manual adjustment.
✅ Sharing Results
Promote the success of your tournament:
Tournament details → Share.
Choose your channel (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
The link directs users straight to the tournament results.
❌ What can you NOT do?
You cannot edit match results (the tournament is closed).
You cannot add new matches.
You cannot change teams.
You cannot revert the status to "In Progress".
You cannot delete the tournament (it remains in the history).
Archiving
The tournament is preserved in the history:
Available in the "Events" tab > "Finished".
All data can be browsed at any time.
