π Introduction
As an organizer, you also hold referee permissions, meaning you can edit the result of any match β both while it is in progress and after it has finished. The method of editing depends on how the score was initially entered: either goal-by-goal or by manually typing the total score.
β½ Editing a Goal-by-Goal Result (Mobile)
π’ Match In Progress
Overview: The match is live, you are entering goals in real-time, and you notice an error. You can delete or edit individual goals and their assigned scorers.
Step 1: Open the Scorer Edit View
To edit scorers, you have two options that lead to the same editing screen:
Option A: Click the "-" (minus) button
In the match details, find the "-" button next to the team's score.
Click "-".
The scorer edit screen will open.
Option B: Click "Edit Scorers"
In the match details, find the "Edit Scorers" button.
Click the button.
The scorer edit screen will open.
Both methods open the same screen containing a list of all recorded goals.
Step 2: Remove the incorrect goal
On the edit screen, you will see a list of scorers:
Team A:
Player no. 5 - 3 goals
[-]Player no. 10 - 1 goal
[-]
Team B:
Player no. 7 - 2 goals
[-]
How to remove a goal:
Find the player whose goal you want to remove.
Click the "-" (minus) button next to their number/name.
β One goal will be removed.
Example:
Player no. 5 has 3 goals.
You click "-" next to them.
Player no. 5 now has 2 goals.
The match score automatically decreases by 1 (e.g., from 4:2 to 3:2).
You can repeat this action:
Click "-" again to remove another goal.
Click multiple times to remove all goals assigned to a specific player.
Step 3: Enter the correct result
After removing the incorrect goal:
The match score updates automatically.
Close the scorer edit screen by clicking the "X" in the top right corner.
Add the correct goal:
Click "+" next to the correct team.
Fill in the goal details (player, number, options).
Click "ADD".

Step 4: Finish the match
Once all corrections have been made:
Click "Finish Match".
Review the summary screen to ensure everything is correct.
Click "Confirm".

How to edit a scorer on the Web?
On the WEB platform, this process is quick and takes place directly in the schedule view using two icons: the pencil (edit) and the trash can (delete).
Step 1: Choose an Action
In the details of an ongoing or finished match, you will see the list of scorers under the team name. Next to each scorer, there are two icons:
βοΈ Pencil Icon: Used to change the details of a specific goal.
ποΈ Trash Can Icon: Used to completely remove a goal (the match score will be automatically decreased).
Step 2: Edit Data (Modal Window)
After clicking the pencil icon, the "Edit Goal Scorer" window will open, where you can modify:
Player: Select a different person from the dropdown list.
Player Number: Manually enter the correct number if the player is not on the list.
Goal Type: Mark whether it was a penalty kick, an own goal, or a goal without player selection.
After making your changes, click the purple UPDATE button.
π΄ Finished Match
Overview: The match has already been finished and the standings have been calculated, but you noticed an error in the scorers or the final result. You must re-open the edit mode to make corrections.
Step 1: Open Edit Mode for a Finished Match
What changes after a match is finished:
β The scoring buttons ("+" and "-") disappear from the main view.
β The "Edit Scorers" button disappears.
β A pencil icon βοΈ appears in the top right corner of the match details.
How to open edit mode:
Open the finished match in the Schedule.
Locate the pencil icon βοΈ (inside a square) in the top right corner of the match details screen.
Click the pencil icon.
β The match is now in edit mode!
What happens after clicking the pencil icon:
β The "+" and "-" scoring buttons reappear next to the result.
β The scorer editing options become available again.
β You can once again add or remove goals as needed.
Step 2: Edit the Result
After entering edit mode (by clicking the pencil icon), you can perform the following actions:
Add a goal:
Click "+" next to the team.
The score will increase by 1.
The "Goal Scorer" view will appear with the following options:
Select player (dropdown list)
Enter player number manually
Penalty kick
Own goal
Goal without player selection
Fill in the details.
Click "ADD."
Remove a goal:
Click "-" next to the team.
The scorer edit window will open, showing a list of all recorded goals.
Find the specific player or goal you want to remove.
Click "-" next to that goal.
The match score will automatically decrease by 1.
Edit scorers:
After clicking "-", you will see the full list of scorers.
You can remove goals individually (each click of the "-" button removes 1 goal).
Once the incorrect goals are removed, exit the edit screen.
Add the correct goals by clicking the "+" button and selecting the right details.
Step 3: Save Changes
Once you have made all necessary corrections:
Exit the edit view: Click the "X" icon or use the back button.
β Changes are saved automatically!
The match remains in "Finished" status with the updated score.
What happens next:
β The table is automatically recalculated.
β The scorer rankings are instantly updated.
β The match maintains its "Finished" status.
β All changes are immediately visible to parents, coaches, and fans.
β WaΕΌne:: After editing a match that was already finished, you DO NOT need to click "Finish Match" again. The result is saved automatically, and the standings are updated in real-time.
