📍 Where can I find the motivation panel?
✅ "Motivation" tab (Motywacja) in the bottom navigation bar of the app.
What will you find there?
Your team's crest and name.
A list of confirmed players.
If you manage more than one team – side buttons and a bottom bar for quick switching between teams.
⚙️ How to assign badges? (Step-by-step)
Step 1: Select a player
Find the player you want to distinguish in the team roster.
If you haven't added any players yet, you will see the message: "Invite players – Assign badges and track honors from guardians."
Step 2: Choose the type of badge Click on the selected icon under the player's name:

How it works:
Badges are initially grayed out.
Once clicked, the badge changes to an intense color (it becomes selected).
The counter above the badge automatically updates the level and the number of points awarded.
Step 3: Send the badges
You can select badges for one, several, or all players at once.
The "SEND BADGES" (WYŚLIJ ODZNAKI) button will become active after selecting at least one badge.
Click the button to confirm your selection.
🔔 What happens after sending?
✅ For You (Coach): You will see a top banner: "Congratulations! You have awarded badges to the players."
✅ For the Guardian: The parent will receive a push notification:
"Wow! Your player [Name] has just received a badge in the category [Category] from coach [Name]. See what level they are at now!"
👁️ View of Badges from Parents
As a coach, you have insight into how the player is motivated by their family:
You can see the levels of badges awarded by Guardians.
These icons are non-clickable (they are for informational purposes only).
You do not receive notifications for every badge from a parent (to avoid distractions during your work).
❌ What you CANNOT do
You cannot undo a badge once it has been sent.
You cannot award badges to players who have not confirmed their membership in the team.
You cannot edit or delete badges awarded by parents.
⚠️ Important Information about Statistics
Badges awarded by the Coach (Progress and Commitment) have a direct impact on the player's Overall rating. Every subsequent badge from the coach significantly raises the parameters displayed on the main PRO Card, building the sporting prestige of the young player.

Do I have to reward the entire team at once?
No, you can select only those specific players who deserve recognition at any given moment.
Why is the "SEND BADGES" button grayed out?
This means you haven't selected any badges for any player yet. The button becomes active as soon as at least one badge is selected.
What if the coach is also a tournament organizer?
If you have a team assigned to you as a coach, you have full access to the motivation panel for your players, regardless of your other roles in the system.
I see badge levels next to a player, but I cannot click them. Why?
These are likely badges awarded by the parents. You can only manage and click the badges in the dedicated coach's section (Progress and Commitment).
