π What can you edit?
As a parent/guardian, you can change your protege's basic data at any time:
First and last name
City
Year of birth
Profile picture (avatar)
π§ How to edit protege data?
Step 1: Open protege profile
Click the menu icon (hamburger β°) in the top left corner of the application
Select "Proteges" from the side menu
Click on the protege whose data you want to edit
Step 2: Choose edit option
In the protege profile, click the icon located in the top right corner of the view
An edit form with the protege's current data will appear
Step 3: Change data
In the edit form, you can change the following fields:
First and last name
Current first and last name displayed
Click in the field and enter the new first and last name
Mandatory field - cannot be empty
Year of birth
Current year displayed
Click in the field and enter the new year
Mandatory field - cannot be empty
City
Current city displayed
Click in the field and enter the new city
Mandatory field - cannot be empty
Photo (avatar)
Click on the current avatar or the camera/photo icon
Choose one of the options:
Choose from gallery β select a photo from your phone gallery
Take photo β take a new photo with the camera
Remove photo β remove the current avatar (if added)
Step 4: Save changes
After making changes, click the "Save changes" button
β Protege data has been updated!
You will be redirected to the protege profile with the updated data
π Canceling changes
If you do not want to save the entered changes:
Use the "Back" button (arrow in the top left corner)
Changes will not be saved, and the protege's data will remain unchanged

What happens after saving changes?
β All changes are immediate
β Changed data is visible in the protege's profile
β Changed data is visible to coaches (if the child is in a team)
β Changed data is visible to other application users
What DOES NOT change after editing?
β οΈ Team assignments remain unchanged β the child is still in the same teams
β οΈ Statistics history remains unchanged β collected statistics are not removed
How often can I edit data?
You can edit protege data multiple times without restrictions
There is no limit on changes per day, week, or month
Every change is saved immediately

Adding the first photo:
If the protege does not have a photo yet:
In the edit form, click the "Upload new photo" button
Choose a photo from the gallery or take a new one
Adjust cropping (if available)
Confirm photo selection
Save changes
Changing an existing photo:
If the protege already has a photo:
In the edit form, click the "Upload new photo" button
Choose a new photo from the gallery or take a new one
Adjust cropping (if available)
Confirm new photo selection

Can I change the protege's first and last name?
Yes, you can change the first and last name at any time.
Changes are visible immediately after saving.
Does changing the city affect team assignments?
No, changing the city does not remove the protege from teams.

No, after saving changes, they cannot be automatically undone.
However, you can edit the data again and enter the previous values.
Does changing the photo affect the PRO player card?
Yes, the new photo will appear on the PRO player card (if you have a PRO subscription).
The card will be automatically updated.
