Inviting Teams

📋 Introduction

When organizing a tournament in FC.APP, you have access to a database of real teams registered in the system. Currently, there are over 30,000 real teams available. The system automatically sends notifications when a tournament is created, and you can additionally invite teams manually.


🎯 When do teams receive invitations?

1. Tournament Creation Notification (Automatic)

When:

As soon as you create a tournament in the app.

Who receives it:

Teams from the tournament's specific age group, as well as one year younger and one year older.

Example:

If you create a tournament for the 2012 age group, notifications will be sent to teams from 2011, 2012, and 2013. This reaches thousands of teams instantly.

2. Manual Invitation (After Tournament Creation)

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do not send manual invitations immediately after creating the tournament. Teams may receive two notifications (automatic + manual).


📱 How to invite teams manually – Instructions

Step 1: Tournament Details

  • Open the FC.APP application.

  • Go to the "Events" tab.

  • Select your tournament.

Step 2: "Invite teams manually"

  • Click the button: "Invite teams manually".

Step 3: Select teams from the list

  • Browse the list of teams.

  • Search by name or club.

  • Use filters (age group, location).

  • Select teams by clicking the checkbox on the right (a will appear when selected).

Step 4: "Invite team"

  • Click the "Add" button at the bottom.

  • Confirm the action.

Done! The coaches will receive a notification immediately.
