You can change your account password at any time.
⚠️ This feature works ONLY if you registered via email and password.
❌ It DOES NOT work if you registered via Facebook/Google/Apple (there is no password there) > you log in automatically.
📍 How to change the password? - Step by step
Step 1: Open the side menu (Mobile version) 📲
Click the hamburger icon (☰) in the upper left corner.
The side menu will open.
Scroll down and go to the "Change password" tab.
Step 1: Go to settings (WEB version) 💻
In the side menu, click on the "Settings" tab.
Go to the "Login Methods" tab.
Step 2: Enter your old and new password You will see the following fields:
Old password (Current password)
Enter your current password (the one you are using now).
New password
Enter the new password you want to set.
Remember the requirements:
Min. 8 characters.
Uppercase letter + lowercase letter + digit + special character.
Example:
NewPassword2024!
Repeat new password
Enter exactly the same new password again.
Step 3: Save the new password
After filling in all three fields:
Click the button: "SAVE NEW PASSWORD" or "UPDATE PASSWORD".
You will see a confirmation message: "Password changed successfully!" ✅ Done! Your password has been changed.
🔐 New password requirements
The new password MUST meet the following requirements:
✅ Minimum 8 characters (10–12 is better).
✅ At least one lowercase letter (a-z).
✅ At least one uppercase letter (A-Z).
✅ At least one digit (0-9).
✅ At least one special character (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *).

⚠️ What to do after changing your password?
Log in again (if the app logs you out):
Use your new password.
Not the old one!
Check if you can log in on other devices (if you use the app on several phones or tablets).
