📍 How to rate your opponent? – Step by step
Step 1: Click the notification or open the event 🔔
Once the result is added, the system sends a push notification to both coaches requesting a rating. You can also go directly to the details of the finished friendly match.
Step 2: Find the rating section 🟢
On the event page, you will now see:
A new section: "Opponent rating".
Click the banner or the section to open the rating panel.
Step 3: Provide ratings in 3 categories 📊
Rate the opposing team on a scale of 1 to 5 stars in the following parameters:
Sports Rating – Was the opponent's level consistent with what the coach declared?
Organization – How do you rate the communication before and during the match?
Fair Play – Was the game culture and behavior of the team (and the coach) at a high level?
Step 4: Save the data 💾
After selecting the stars, click the "Save ratings" button. Your feedback will not be recorded in the system without this final step.
💡 Why is this important?
Team Credibility
Your ratings build the reputation of other teams in the database.
Rival Selection
Coaches are more likely to accept applications from teams with high Fair Play and Organization scores.
Process Completion
Once the rating is submitted, your friendly match status will change to "Finished."
⚠️ Important Information:
If you have already rated your opponent but they haven't rated you yet, your status will appear as "Finished," while the other coach will still see a request to rate the match.
