Editing a Match in the Schedule

Even after the league schedule has been generated, you retain full control over the details of every game. If a date changes or you need to adjust match pairings, use the edit function.

Updated this week

Step 1: Open the Edit Panel ⚙️

In the league schedule, select the match you wish to modify and click the Edit icon (the pencil icon in the top right corner of the match card).

Step 2: Changing the Date and Day of the Week 🗓️

Click on the Match Date field to open the calendar:

  • Select the new date for the game.

  • Once the date is selected, the system will automatically fill in the Day of the week field.

Important: You can only select dates that fall within the defined league duration (e.g., between 21.09 and 21.11.2026) and align with the days of the week selected during the initial league setup.

Step 3: Setting the Time 🕒

In the Match Time field, manually enter the start time in HH:MM format (e.g., 14:30). Please note that the system will not allow you to set a time that has already passed.

Step 4: Adjusting Teams (Home and Away) 🔄

If there was an error in the match pairings or if the roles need to be swapped:

  • Click on the Home or Away field to open a dropdown list of all teams participating in the league.

  • Select the correct teams for this specific match.

Step 5: Saving Changes ✅

Review all entered data for accuracy, then click the "SAVE CHANGES" button.

  • The system will instantly update the schedule and return you to the main league view.

  • If you wish to exit without saving, click the "X" icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

🔍 Important Rules & Validations

  • Date Range – The system will not allow you to save a date that falls outside the official league period or a date that has already passed (backdating).

  • Time Format – Ensure you enter the time using the 24-hour format (e.g., 14:30 instead of 2:30 PM).

  • Availability – Editing is only possible for matches that have not been finalized yet (those without a confirmed final score).
