📍 Where can I check the organiser's rating?
✅ In the organiser's profile – you open it from the tournament card, in the "Organiser" section.
The rating appears in two places:
Overall rating – the average across all of the organiser's tournaments (in the "Basic details" section).
Rating of an individual tournament – a separate score next to each event (in the "Event level and rating" section).
⚙️ How do I check the rating? (step by step)
Step 1: Open the event
Go to the "Events" tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Use the "ALL", "MINE", "FINISHED" or "FAVOURITES" filter to find the tournament faster.
Tap the tournament tile – the "Tournament" screen will open.
Step 2: Scroll to the "Organiser" section
Scroll down, below the "Event details", "Schedule", "Table" and "Top scorers" sections.
You'll find the "Organiser" section there, with a list of the people running the tournament (the organiser with a COACH label and referees with a REFEREE label).
Step 3: Open the organiser's profile
Tap the organiser's name at the top of the list (e.g. "BABIA GÓRA CUP").
Their profile will open.
Step 4: Read the rating
In the "Basic details" section, below the name and location, you'll see the "Organiser rating:" field.
Tap the ⓘ icon next to the score to see the details.
ℹ️ What does the information icon show?
Tapping ⓘ opens the "Organiser ranking" window with this description:
"Average organiser rating – the average of all ratings given by participants of events created by this organiser."
The window shows two values:
Average rating: – the score on a scale of 1–5 (e.g. 4.7).
Number of ratings: – how many ratings make up that score (e.g. (31)).
Close the window using the ✕ in the top right corner.
🔢 How do I read the score?
The rating is made up of two elements:
The number in the purple box – the average rating on a scale of 1–5 (e.g. 4.7).
The number in brackets below – the number of ratings given (e.g. (31)).
Example: 4.7 (31) means the organiser received 31 ratings, with an average of 4.7.\
📊 Ratings of individual tournaments
Scroll down the organiser's profile to the "Event level and rating" section. You'll find a list of all their tournaments there, each showing:
Age group and status (e.g. 2018, FINISHED).
Tournament name.
Organiser rating: – the score and number of ratings for that specific event (e.g. 5 (3), 4.6 (8)).
Average team ranking: – a value in a box with a star ⭐, showing the sporting level of the participants (e.g. 85, 200).
Location, times and date the tournament was played.
If the list is long, tap the down-arrow button ⌄ at the end of the section to load more events.
👁️ What does this information give you?
You can compare the level of your own tournaments – see which editions went best.
You can see how many ratings each edition actually collected (an average from 3 ratings means something different from one based on 31).
You can check the average team ranking – in other words, how strong the field was at a given tournament.
Before entering your team into someone else's tournament, you can check how that organiser has been rated before.
❌ What to keep in mind
Ratings are given by event participants – you can't edit or delete them.
The rating appears after the tournament has finished, not during registration.
A tournament with no ratings given won't show an average.
The overall average updates automatically after each new rating and covers all events created by the organiser – not just the most recent ones.
⚠️ Important information
⭐ Your rating is your calling card
The average rating is publicly visible in the organiser's profile – every coach browsing your events can see it. A high rating and a large number of reviews build trust and genuinely make it easier to fill the field for future editions of your tournament. It's worth reminding participants to leave a rating once the event is over.
