🎯 Who can rate the organizer?
✅ You are eligible to provide a rating if you are:
An adult player from a participating team.
A parent or guardian of a player (with a confirmed roster assignment).
A tournament referee.
The head coach of a participating team.
❌ You CANNOT rate if:
You served as both the organizer and the coach of the same team.
More than 24 hours have passed since the tournament ended.
You previously opted out of the rating (by clicking "Cancel").
⏰ Time Limit: 24 Hours
You have exactly 24 hours from the moment the tournament concludes to submit your rating.
Example:
Tournament Ends: Sunday, 3:00 PM
Rating Deadline: Monday, 3:00 PM
⚠️ Important: Once this 24-hour window expires, the option to rate the organizer will be permanently disabled.
📱 How to rate the organizer? (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Receive a Notification
Immediately after the tournament ends:
🔔 Push Notification: "Tournament [Tournament_Name] has officially ended. Rate the organizer."
📱 A pop-up window (modal) will appear automatically in the app.
Click on the notification to be taken directly to the rating screen.
Step 2: Select Your Star Rating
Inside the pop-up window, you will see:
📅 Tournament name
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Star rating (1-5)
🔘 CANCEL button
🔘 SAVE button (becomes active after you select a rating)
Select the stars based on your experience:
⭐ = 1/5 (Very poor)
⭐⭐⭐ = 3/5 (Average)

Step 3: Save or Cancel
"SAVE":
✅ The rating is saved.
✅ You will see a confirmation message: "Rating submitted."
"CANCEL":
❌ You opt out of providing a rating.

The Bayesian Score Algorithm
To ensure fairness, the ranking is not based on a simple average. It uses the Bayesian Score algorithm, which considers:

Why do we use this?
It eliminates "accidental" top positions held by organizers with only one or two reviews.
It promotes organizers who consistently deliver high-quality events over a long period.
